Thanksgiving dinner

Am 13. Oktober haben meine Mitbewohner gekocht, so hatten wir ein schönes “Thanksgiving” Abendessen im Garten.

My flatmates cooked for thanksgiving, so we had a wonderful dinner in our garden.

Bavarian dance

Vor zwei Wochen war ich auf dem Oktoberfest in Kitchener, Ontario. Ich war zuvor noch nie auf einem Oktoberfest und es war spannend zu sehen, wie die Leute hier feiern und trinken. Ja, meistens gehts sowieso um’s trinken. Ich hab ein bißchen die verückten Leute gefilmt, aber ich zeige hier nur ein kurzes Tanzvideo, weil ich es so schön finde.

Two weeks ago I went to the Octoberfest in Kitchener, Ontario. I have never been to an Octoberfest before, so this was a great chance to see how people have fun here and get drunk … yes, most of the time, it is about drinking. I filmed the people and finally post this video which shows a dance, but I like it a lot.

Heute sind es genau zwei Monate, dass ich hier in Toronto bin. Ich kann es gar nicht glauben wie schnell die Zeit vergeht. Trotzdem scheint es mir, dass ich noch lange nicht alles gesehen und erlebt habe hier. Kein Wunder, meist studiere ich ja auch fleißig …

Today, I am already two month in Toronto. Incredibly, how qickly the time goes, but I havn’t explored everything yet, there is so much more to see and experience in this amazing city. Most of the time I am studying, of course! …
